2020 will be our 21st Annual Shooting Classic sponsored by the IDNR Opportunities for the Disabled hosted at the Rend Lake Shooting Complex.

 

Our day begins with firearm safety lessons for the day, range overviews, and operational procedures to assist our disabled shooters.

 

While our shooters check in and prepare for their day, we are setting up, cooking, and preparing to feed lunch to everyone involved.

 

Finally, it's time to take our 60+ disabled shooters to the range for several hours of shooting. We serve our shooters in whatever capacity is needed, from simply providing shells to full assistance in mounting, aiming, and shooting the guns.

 

With all things firearms, we preach one mantra: Safety first - fun second. SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY can be heard throughout the day.
